New Justice League Team! Are You Happy?

If you've read issue no. 7 of the Justice League of America, you might be a tad surprised. The story arc begins with Superman, Batman and Wonderwoman selecting members. And at the end of the story arc, they just choose who's around them when an incident occured. Among the new members are:

Superman!

Batman!

Wonder Woman! ( Why am I not surprised?)

Black Canary!

Vixen! (She's cool. You can keep her.)

Red Tornado!

Black Lightning!

Green Lantern!

Hawkgirl!

And Arsenal! Huh? Who's that? Make him cool all you want, but Green Arrow is still cooler. Who decided to substitute Green Arrow with the former Speedy? Hope you kill him quick!

Robert Downey Jr. as Iron Man!

Ypu heard it right here. Robert is the new Iron Man in the movie coming out this 2008! Also in the movie are award-nominated Terence Howard and Jeff Bridges, wrapped up with award-winner Gwyneth Paltrow! How's that for an all star cast? Superb!

They previewed the movie version of the armor already in marvel.com if you want to see it first. But rumors abound that it's not the final version, but a beta version for teaser purposes only. So if you think it's ugly, it's ok 'cause I totally agree with you. But it's not final, so you better pray they come up with a better one.

World War Hulk!

After the events of the epic Civil War, Marvel is proud to present the new heart-pounding story arc of Bruce Banner. Yes, he's back. He was absent throughout the Civil War because Reed Richards and company exiled him to another planet, inhabited by gladiator citizens as strong as the Hulk!

After a lot of hardships, Hulk becomes the emperor of this world, and even chooses a mate. But he loses everything again!

And now he's really mad! Mad as in Mad Mad!

What do you do when you lose everything? Vengeance comes to mind. And it's Hulk versus the whole Marvel universe. So you know it's gonna be really good!

Sharon Carter Kills Captain America!

Yes, Cap is dead. Shot to death by Sharon Carter, a former fling.

Read Captain America no. 25 and weep over Cap's demise. He represented the hero in all of us. But I'm pretty sure he'll be back soon, if not someday. Just like Thor! He hasn't been back yet! Hu hu hu!

First printing of this epic story is already sold out. A second printing's good enough. But if you're a collector get ready to dish out 15 dollars for the first printing. Not to mention the variant cover. Ouch!

Pirates of the Carribean 3 Coming This May!

That's right. So go right ahead and watch your two previous dvd copies of this franchise and enjoy! If you're a fan of Chow Yun Fat like I am, then surprise! He's also in the movie! As a pirate too of course! And he appears bald.

The same gang is there: Johnny Depp with Geoffrey Rush, Kiera Knightley and Orlando Bloom, the only one not nominated by the Academy so far. But we all have to agree that he's great! Good thing he doesn't play an elf anymore!
