Over Underdog!

I really can't seem to put my finger into this movie! I'm sorry, DIsney, but this one just isn't worth the wait.

To put things into perspective, Underdog is only a remake of the sixties radio series. I don't know with you guys, but if a character ain't popular and didn't survive the test of time, then probably it is a bad idea. Oh! But to make it into a movie? Now that's worse!

Well, it's for kids. That's your excuse. Excuse me too as I go to the next cinema house!

Brave Enough To Be The Brave One?

Yes! Jodie Foster has a new film! I've always been a fan of her since Taxi Driver, and I've always expected her to be choosy with her projects.

She and her boyfriend were attacked by street thugs. Unfortunately, her boyfriend dies. She avenges him by little acts, being in the streets, killing off thugs one by one. Is she right? Is she wrong?

Are you brave enough to watch this movie? It poses a serious question as to what would you do i it ever happened to you?

A strong performance! Watch it!

No Reservations Out!

Ok. Catherine Zeta Jones with an american accent is just better than with a British accent. Well, this is a drama about a chef who has no life. Then she inherits her sister's daughter, who has nowhere else to go. She, the chef, further realizes that her lie is really down the drain.

Then a love interest comes along in the form of another cook. You know the rest of the story. We've seen this before. But with the hit of the other cooking movie, Ratatouille, we know that people are still gonna bite for this one.

From the director of the movie, Shine, which was a little bit better.

It's out on your favorite cinema now, that is, if you're in love or what-not!

Chuck and Larry Going Out!

Yeah, I'm talking about the new movie featuring Adam Sandler. What I love about this actor is that all he does is comedies. But each one has an extra twist to it. I became an instant fan when I saw his Wedding Singer, co-starring with Drew Barrymore. I was even more addicted to him when I saw 50 First Dates, featuring love in recurring fashion.

Now it's a weirder version of love as straight best friends "marry" each other to protect each others' interests. Now the government is checking out their "gay" marriage as a sexy government agent, Jessica Biel, probes into their "lovelife" further!

This movie is a riot!

Oh and directed again by that Dugan guy! He's funny.

Watch it! Enjoy it! Don't say we didn't warn you!

Shoot 'Em Up! In Theaters Now!

Two words for you to watch this flick: Monica Bellucci! Now that's a goddess! Remember her from the Matrix Trilogy? The girl in white spandex? She was so hot! Imagine...

No, sorry. My mind drifted away. Well, this is an interesting action flick, combining action with smooth one-liners and lots of funny moments. I'm also a fan Paul Giammati's works. My personal favorite is him in that wine movie, Sideways. It won an academy for Best Screenplay. So you better watch out for this guy!

Just seeing Monica in her sexy mode again just makes me feel...

Watch Shoot 'Em Up! I bet it's good! Also with that dramatic British guy who's now in an action movie. Forgot his name though. Oops. Cut! Cut!

Disturbed by Disturbia!

Yes, it's a remake of the classic Rear Window by... you guessed it, Alfred Hitchcock! Although the remake is more guided by the modern setting and culture per se, it still gives you the creeps to think of your neighbor as a serial killer!

The story starts with Shia LeBeouf being sentenced to home detention for three months for attacking a teacher. Upon the start, he goes bored and starts spying on his neighbors and what they do. He notices his mysterious neighbor doing odd things in the night, thus suspecting him as a serial killer.

Is our hero right, or is he just going nuts? Find out! Watch it! Creepy! Scary! It's a total romance flick for the faint of heart!

Prepare For Invasion

Ok. If you're really gullible then you better run to the grocery and grab your needs for a fall-out shelter. No, this is the new Nicole Kidman thriller, co-starring Daniel Craig. I like sci-fi thrillers, and this is a perfect example of paranoia coming to life!

The story starts with a space rocket falling into our orbit crashing. It spreads an unknown virus that attacks the individual during rem sleep. Trouble starts when the virus starts eradicating free will. That's when starrer Nicole Kidman gets involved. She notices her psycho patients getting fewer and fewer, evidently leaving only one, who is supposedly immune to the virus and is being targeted for death by the hostile invaders. She even gets more involved when her son is also discovered to be immune to the virus, thus also targeted for death. Worse, she is also infected. If she falls asleep, all is doomed! She will kill her own son!

How's that for a thriller!

Watch it! Prepare to be invaded! Bring popcorn!
